1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of scalynops.com and to services provided by Scalynops Technologies ("Scalynops", "we", "us"). By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or agreement with you says something different, that document takes priority for the services it covers.

2. Our services

We provide connected business services across visibility and digital growth (SEO, website design, social media marketing), systems and automation (GoHighLevel, CRM and SaaS development), customer and revenue operations (customer support, sales and outreach teams) and finance and business support (accounting and taxation). The exact work, deliverables and timeline for each client are set out in a written proposal or scope before work starts.

3. Proposals, fees and payment

• Each engagement is confirmed in a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and fees.
• Prices shown on our Services page are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
• Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted and approved before it starts.

4. Package terms

Packages run on the terms stated for them. SEO packages are sold for a fixed duration. GoHighLevel setup is a one-time fee, and monthly optimization is optional unless it is included in a bundle. Standalone customer support is billed monthly, and agent counts can be scaled on request. Term bundles (Anchor, Loyalty and Partnership) are priced for their full term of 3, 6 or 12 months and are not billed as monthly rates. Cancellation and renewal terms for each engagement are set out in your proposal.

5. Results and guarantees

We base our work on data and proven methods, and we report results openly. Guarantees apply only where a package states them, such as SEO Enterprise and SMM Premium + Ads, and are subject to the conditions set out in your proposal. Outside those packages, search engines and AI platforms control their own rankings and change them often, so we do not guarantee a specific ranking, traffic level or revenue figure.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the website, platforms and accounts we need.
• Review and approve content, designs and changes within a reasonable time.
• Make sure material you provide to us, such as text, images and logos, does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Ownership of work

Once the related fees are paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as website designs, content and reports. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how. Third-party software, themes, plugins and stock media remain subject to their own licences.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your business information, data and account access as confidential. As shown on our case studies, we never publish a client's brand name, keyword set or growth curve without permission.

9. Ethical practices

We do not use paid link networks, private blog networks or automated link tools on any campaign. We may decline or stop work that would require practices that break search engine guidelines or the law.

10. Use of this website

The content on this website is provided for general information. You may not copy, republish or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Scalynops is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.
